Join us in the weight room! Our staff will help organize a Small Group Training Program for you! Gather your athletes or adult rec team and we will work with you specific to your needs! We offer a combination of Olympic Weight Training & Dumbbell Complexes, under the direction of Exercise Scientists, to train for a sport or weekend warrior event, or simply to be stronger in life!

Training w/ individualized attention in Small Groups or Partner Training, to keep it affordable! Want to make it more personal? We offer One-on-One Training, too!

spinning + KICKBOXING

Build Stamina and Endurance. Our energetic Kickboxing Circuit - Jab, Cross, Hook, Upper, Kick then slam, swing, hold using different modalities! Our motivating Smart Training Spin Class - train cardio using different heart rate zones on the Spin bike using Polar Heart Rate visual technology to show you when to push and when to pull back!
